Software Spark Sdn. Bhd. (“Software Spark”, “we”, “us”) operates softwaresparkai.com and provides information about AI model development, inference engineering, and deployment services. Privacy inquiries may be sent to privacy@softwaresparkai.com.

We may collect information you choose to send by email, including your name, work email, company, role, technical requirements, and message contents. We may also receive ordinary web-server logs such as IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp, and security events.
